Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage development projects, creating project plans, scheduling regular client check-ins, and delivering all project deliverables.
  • Client Meetings: Participate in monthly and quarterly client meetings, preparing performance and strategy decks.
  • Reporting and Communication: Create monthly reporting commentary for clients, reviewing marketing reports before sending to clients.
  • Client Calls and Meetings: Manage client calls and meetings, creating agendas and contact reports.
  • Client Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client information, including key contact details and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, preferably with both web and marketing clients.
  • Account Management: Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Lifestyle Marketing: Experience in lifestyle marketing is preferred but not essential.
