Role Overview:

We are thrilled to present a new opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague, referred to internally as a Placemaker, at Places Leisure. In this vibrant and dynamic role, you will collaborate with a team of enthusiastic individuals, inspiring one another to excel. Your organizational skills will shine as you deliver exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that leaves a lasting positive impression on all visitors.

While prior experience in sales and customer service is advantageous, we welcome proactive and self-motivated candidates. With our commitment to continuous learning and development, we will equip you with the necessary training and resources to thrive in this position and advance your career.

There are numerous pathways available within Places Leisure. Starting as a Placemaker can lead to various career opportunities, including positions such as Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager.

Training and Development:

In the Placemaker role, you will benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities, including customer service and sales training through our partners, as well as regular webinars and seminars aimed at enhancing sales performance. Additionally, you will have the chance to acquire cross-functional skills in areas such as lifeguarding and swimming instruction.
