Job Overview

Agora Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving the execution and management of paid marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating closely with the founders to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Designing and executing media campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms, including Meta and Google.
  • Analyzing and reporting campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and outlining actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling content and messaging that drives campaign performance.
  • Effectively managing budgets to achieve business objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing paid marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels, with a strong focus on Meta and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the importance of creative and messaging in driving campaign performance.
  • Ability to work proactively and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the broader marketing landscape and how it influences campaign performance.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including c-suite executives.
