Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Belfast business and drive growth and profitability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants and Key Account Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants and Key Account Specialists to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive performance and ensure adherence to set KPI's.
  • Monitor, prepare and communicate financial and performance targets expected and actual performance both individually and as a team.
  • Provision of coaching and 1-2-1 support and guidance to the team.
  • Oversee operational and new business management within the private and public sector.
  • Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and Client Ethical and Customer Audits as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing teams within the Recruitment Industry with proven success in new business Development.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a team of recruiters with a focus on growing existing and new business opportunities.
  • Financial fluency and sound commercial knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS office including Excel and power point.
