Role Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and professional Key Account Operations Manager to deliver extensive administrative support to our key account division while adhering to strict deadlines.

This position serves as the primary contact for project execution within a highly regulated industry. A significant emphasis is placed on compliance, requiring a robust understanding of contracts and agreements, along with a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with outstanding communication abilities, capable of managing various tasks and accounts concurrently and effectively. This role necessitates close collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, operations, sales, and finance, as well as direct interaction with clients to ensure exceptional event outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

Compliance Oversight:

  • Guarantee that all projects comply with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Oversee contracts and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct evaluations of project outputs to confirm accuracy and quality.
  • Track project advancement and swiftly resolve any issues.

Client Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Customize event solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Provide consistent updates and manage client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Handle multiple event accounts and monitor project progress.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Facilitate coordination with internal departments for smooth event execution.
  • Prepare and deliver post-event analysis reports.
  • Lead compliance initiatives and offer internal training sessions.

Quality Control:

  • Assess event plans for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Ensure clients fulfill documentation and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies on compliance matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in compliance or the healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors is preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
  • Self-sufficient and client-focused with a flexible approach.
