Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Pharmacy Operations Manager. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy, leading the day-to-day activities of the dispensary, and collaborating closely with the Pharmacist to expand our online pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily management of the dispensary, ensuring the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy staff, participating in their training and development.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer queries face-to-face or by phone.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy strategies, including quality control, procurement, information technology, and clinical trials.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist to expand our online pharmacy services.
Requirements
- Pharmacy ACT Technician qualification (or equivalent).
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for customer care and a commitment to mentoring and leading the dispensary team.
