Human Resources and Office Administration Manager

About the Role: McGregor Boyall is seeking a skilled Office Administration Manager to oversee HR and administrative operations on a part-time basis, working 3 to 4 days per week. This position is integral to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will focus on both strategic and operational HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SLT and Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives, including career development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in shaping a strong organizational structure and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
- Coach and mentor management to enhance their leadership capabilities.
- Support the SMT in evaluating and improving current employee rewards and benefits programs.
- Facilitate the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to the payroll manager.
- Communicate regularly with employees regarding HR policies and organizational updates.
- Oversee office administration, including facilities management and budget oversight.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management.
- Track record of implementing talent management and development programs.
- Experience in defining and nurturing organizational culture.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and experience in managing employee relations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
