About the Role: McGregor Boyall is seeking a skilled Office Administration Manager to oversee HR and administrative operations on a part-time basis, working 3 to 4 days per week. This position is integral to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will focus on both strategic and operational HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SLT and Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives, including career development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in shaping a strong organizational structure and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Coach and mentor management to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • Support the SMT in evaluating and improving current employee rewards and benefits programs.
  • Facilitate the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to the payroll manager.
  • Communicate regularly with employees regarding HR policies and organizational updates.
  • Oversee office administration, including facilities management and budget oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management.
  • Track record of implementing talent management and development programs.
  • Experience in defining and nurturing organizational culture.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and experience in managing employee relations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
