As we expand, we are looking for a committed and organized Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and assist with our HR functions.

Role Overview:

The Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting our human resources department, focusing on recruitment and administrative responsibilities. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and passionate about contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precise information.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, such as employee contracts and onboarding materials.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all new employees.
  • Address routine HR inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent pipeline partners.
  • Manage and monitor the staff training matrix.
  • Support the HR Manager with disciplinary matters, including conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing documentation.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in HR and Recruitment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivation and reliability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
