About the Role

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and ensuring a high-performing, happy, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with senior leaders to coach, develop, and upskill them on day-to-day employee issues such as absence, learning and development, succession planning, and talent management.
  • HR Team Management: Develop and manage a small HR team, overseeing their day-to-day workload and supporting their development and growth.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers on employee relations issues, manage absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and proactively coach managers on performance management processes.
  • Learning and Development: Provide guidance to management on learning and development for their teams, implementing a training and development agenda, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the whole recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience through the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage all compensation and benefit activities, including participation in salary and benefit surveys, benefit reviews, and benefit updates.
  • Payroll Management: Work with the outsourced 3rd party payroll provider to ensure a smooth and timely payroll process.
  • Policies and Procedures: Update all policies, handbooks, procedures, and processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with current employment law and best practice.
  • Organizational Development: Work with senior managers to design and embed new ways of working, creating innovative solutions on wellbeing, engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Global Change and OD Projects: Support with global change and organizational development projects.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an HRBP and managing a small HR team.
  • Ability to manage payroll and have a mix of operational and strategic background.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects.
  • Experience working in a commercial manufacturing business and supporting employees in the Nordics is advantageous.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between £80,000 and £90,000, plus car allowance and benefits. You will be based in our office in Surrey, working 3 days a week, and 2 days from home, with occasional travel to other UK offices.
