Assistant Headteacher: Quality of Education Leader

About the Role
The Assistant Headteacher will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of the school's education strategy. They will work closely with the senior leadership team, teachers, and support staff to ensure high standards of education across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear education strategy that aligns with the school's vision and values.
- Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and relevant to the needs of all pupils.
- Work with teachers and support staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning, including the use of technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of education across the school, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to education, including those related to pupil welfare and safeguarding.
- Work with the senior leadership team to ensure the school's education strategy is aligned with the needs of the pupils and the community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including other schools, local authorities, and education providers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the education strategy.
