Assistant Headteacher: Quality of Education and Curriculum Development

About the Role
The Assistant Headteacher will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of the school's education strategy. They will work closely with the senior leadership team, teachers, and support staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear education strategy that aligns with the school's vision and values.
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning programs that meet the needs of all students.
- Work with the senior leadership team to monitor and evaluate the quality of education across the school, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Provide coaching and support to teachers to improve their teaching practice and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective education program that meets the needs of all students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure the school's education program is aligned with national and international best practices.
Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree
