Assistant Headteacher: Quality of Education Leader

About the Role
The Assistant Headteacher will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of the school's education strategy. They will work closely with the senior leadership team, teachers, and support staff to ensure high standards of education and quality across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear education strategy that aligns with the school's vision and values.
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning programs that meet the needs of all students.
- Work with the senior leadership team to monitor and evaluate the quality of education across the school, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Support teachers and support staff in their professional development, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality education.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure the school is at the forefront of best practice in education.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community to ensure they are informed and engaged in the school's education strategy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the school's education strategy.
Qualifications and Experience
- QTS
- Bachelors Degree
