About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Health Centre Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the Hull area, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including word processing, data entry, and filing.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, including booking, cancelling, and rescheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and administrative data.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL.
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures.
