About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team at City Health Care Partnership CIC. As a Health Centre Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and staff, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties of the role include:
- Providing administrative support to the healthcare team
- Managing patient appointments and bookings
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL
- Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures
