About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Health Centre Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including word processing, data entry, and filing.
- Manage patient appointments, including booking, cancelling, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Requirements
- Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL.
- Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures.
