About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Health Centre Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including word processing, data entry, and filing.
  • Manage patient appointments, including booking, cancelling, and rescheduling.
  • Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL.
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures.
