About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Health Centre Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including word processing, data entry, and filing.
- Manage patient appointments, including booking, cancelling, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and administrative data.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL.
- Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures.
