About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Centre Receptionist. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointments and bookings
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous NHS experience or working with the public
  • Previous experience of patient appointment booking systems
