Role Overview

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the internal development team and the business to deliver effective solutions. The Sales & Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by acting as the essential link between the business and its clients, providing enthusiastic account management, sales, and training services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through a comprehensive Account Management program.
  • Provide training to users to enhance their understanding and usage of products.
  • Negotiate license renewals with customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional product features.
  • Prospect for new clients, arrange product demonstrations, and follow up on leads.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms to drive sales.
  • Conduct onsite and online training sessions to improve product engagement.
