About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to play a pivotal role for a leading provider of software solutions. The successful candidate will oversee and drive the sales strategies and act as a dedicated account manager, to maintain and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Exercise negotiation skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Run training sessions and answer customer enquiries to ensure seamless product adoption
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales environment with a strong track record of success
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proactive mentality and adaptability with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills with good technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
