Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team at Toolbaseltd. As a Builder, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise building site operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all personnel.
  • Construction Techniques: Apply construction techniques and methods to ensure high-quality construction outcomes.
  • Material Management: Oversee the loading and unloading of construction materials, ensuring they are stored and handled safely.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations on the job site, reporting any violations to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet industry and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Construction Techniques: Proficiency in construction techniques, including building methods, materials, and tools.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Material Knowledge: Knowledge of construction materials, including their properties, applications, and handling procedures.
  • Tool Operation: Proficiency in operating construction tools and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve construction-related problems.
  • Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, including hazard identification and risk assessment.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Experience in budgeting and cost estimation, including resource allocation and financial planning.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
