**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Toolbaseltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards, including compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Requirements:

  • Construction Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, including experience in residential and commercial construction.
  • Education: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Hold a valid construction management certification, such as the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designation.
