Key Responsibilities:

Operational Delivery:

  • Lead project teams to successful outcomes, managing timelines, budgets, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to meet project requirements
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery and provide operational expertise to clients

Creative:

  • Support the creative process to meet client objectives and drive innovation
  • Attend key meetings to provide production expertise
  • Promote cross-agency collaboration for client success

Talent Management:

  • Communicate and develop skills within the Integrated Production team, fostering growth and best practices
  • Lead by example and support positive change within the team
  • Nurture and develop team members and champion learning opportunities

Client Relationships:

  • Keep clients informed and manage expectations effectively
  • Collaborate with Executive Producers to deliver outstanding results

New Business Development:

  • Manage Integrated Production elements in pitch processes
  • Support RFP responses and pitch presentations
  • Promote best practices and actively contribute to new business efforts

Finance:

  • Ensure profitability and efficiency in project deliverables
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and financial processes
  • Support budget reconciliations and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness
