Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient use of time and materials.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to production teams, ensuring consistency with brand and project objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and enhance the creative process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior producer in a creative agency or production house environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scoping, and financial management, with the ability to reconcile financials and cost reports.
- Experience with CGI pipelines, VFX, virtual production, and content created using Real-Time technology is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Passion for creating new, exciting, and original work, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality creative solutions.
