The Senior Producer will play a pivotal role in the company, serving as an experienced and client-facing event and project lead with a collaborative approach to delivering projects at the highest level. They will be adept at taking productions through all stages, from concept and brief, through the pitch process and into activation and delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sitting as a core part of the project delivery team, leading projects and events of all sizes and complexities.
  • Being the point of contact for day-to-day client communications on projects.
  • Supporting and training team members to be the best they can be in their roles and providing them with the tools they need to move upwards and onwards in their careers.
  • Working collaboratively with creative and technical teams to push ideas and design as far as possible with a technical and commercial view of how it will be delivered.
  • Overseeing projects, events, and productions, ensuring the right team is in place to deliver.
  • Leading a project from pitch or brief stage through to reconciliation.
  • Taking ownership of projects, ensuring all internal departments are informed and timelines are adhered to and completed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years plus experience working in agencies in a similar role, either in-house or in an extended freelance capacity.
  • Experience of working on and managing large budgets of £1m+.
  • Worked on major music, fashion, and creative productions at the highest level and scale with major brands.
  • High cultural radar with a finger on the pulse across all areas of art, design, music, and culture, with a genuine love of events and experiences.
  • Desire to drive innovation within the business, creating beautiful and impactful work that strives to make a difference (environmentally and socially).
  • Leading complex and varied projects internationally, with an understanding of multi-currency project management and budgeting.
  • A full understanding of the lifecycle and process of a production, from pitch and creative concept through to on-site delivery, with the ability to manage all the elements in between.
  • Calm, supportive, and organised, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Motivated to always push creative ideas as far as possible to deliver the best possible results.
  • Pragmatic, realistic, and diligent, never over-promising or under-delivering, while managing expectations brilliantly and looking for alternative solutions.
  • A team player and collaborator, excelling in motivating and corralling those around them.
  • Solid understanding of structural build and technical set-up.
  • Adept at working across multiple work streams, with a natural ability to multitask where required.
