Position Overview:
CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking an organized Office Coordinator to support the operational team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication by utilizing the messaging system to relay important updates to the workforce as directed by management.
- Maintain accurate records by updating various teams regarding personnel changes and notifications.
- Process purchase orders efficiently as required by the team.
- Manage document handling, including scanning, sending, and archiving important files.
- Collaborate with team members to engage with clients regarding satisfaction surveys.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Follow up on documentation from operational staff to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external contractors regarding service updates and ensure timely communication of job statuses.
- Provide detailed reports of completed tasks to the customer service department for system updates.
- Organize coverage for shifts as necessary, responding to staff absences promptly.
Work Environment:
This position is office-based, requiring coverage during standard business hours. Team collaboration is essential to ensure all responsibilities are managed effectively.
