Position Overview:
CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide essential support to the operational team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize communication systems to relay important information to team members as directed by supervisors.
- Update various departments regarding personnel changes and notifications.
- Process purchase orders as required to facilitate operational needs.
- Manage the scanning, sending, and archiving of important documents.
- Collaborate with team members to engage with clients regarding feedback surveys.
- Perform additional office tasks as necessary to support team functions.
- Follow up on documentation from operational staff to ensure accuracy in monthly reporting.
