Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Sortation Centre Solutions team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). As a key member of our security and asset protection team, you will be responsible for managing the Sortation Solutions team and ensuring the efficient and effective provision of security services and asset protection across the EMEA Sortation Centre environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals, including risk-based security initiatives and asset protection strategies.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our operations.
- Develop strategic goals and roadmaps, and drive strategic initiatives to improve security and asset protection across the EMEA region.
- Engage senior management from across EMEA to build a culture of security awareness, ensure a positive working relationship, and share successful programs and lessons learned with global teams.
- A relevant degree or degree equivalent, such as business, project management, criminal justice, or security management.
- Relevant experience in industry practice, including leading project and programs to reduce risk within operational processes.
- Relevant experience managing a team dispersed across a geographical area, including development, hiring, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English, as well as proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- A relevant advanced degree or degree equivalent, such as business, criminal justice, or security management.
- Relevant industry certification, such as ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Diploma for Certified Security Management Professionals (CSMP).
- Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
- Relevant experience in project management and delivery, as well as upper intermediate proficiency in a second European language.
