The EPR compliance team at Amazon ensures that our transactions are collected and recycled properly. We coordinate the aspects of product transactions that are regulated, such as shipping packaging, product recycling, and customer information. This involves creating programs to fulfill recycling requirements across multiple jurisdictions and monitoring selling partner compliance.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: In a relevant field such as environmental science, law, or business.
- 3+ Years of Experience: In compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or a related field.
- Fluent English: Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Confidentiality: Experience handling confidential information.
- Professional Auditing Qualification: Or similar risk or compliance credentials.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and Excel.
- Program Requirements Definition: Experience in defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
