Asset and Compliance Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading national Facilities Management Service Provider, is seeking an experienced Asset and Compliance Manager to join their team in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of M&E assets within commercial buildings to determine their condition.
  2. Develop and implement lifecycle plans for M&E assets based on assessment data to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  3. Ensure all M&E assets meet relevant legal and statutory compliance regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in a similar role with a focus on M&E asset management.
  2. Formal training and qualification in M&E, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
