About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
