About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Recruit Right. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen our commercial presence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality quotes and proposals to secure new business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies
  • Set and monitor performance targets to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and contracts to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the drainage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
