Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Kainos. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and providing exceptional support to our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including reception duties and front-of-house services.
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and events, including catering and hospitality services.
- Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist with the onboarding of new colleagues and provide support with their transition to the company.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the facilities team.
- 1 year of experience in a relevant working environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Office 365 Suite or equivalent.
