About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding business.

This is a significant Front of House role with various responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests in a professional manner.
  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Ensuring the office is professionally presented.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Assisting with planning and coordination of office meetings and events.
  • Inventory management.
  • Health and Safety requirements.
  • Relationship management with 3rd party vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years of working within professional services or hospitality.
  • Five GCSEs (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • Conversant in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A positive and enthused attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
