Academic Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding business.
This is a significant Front of House role with various responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a professional manner.
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Ensuring the office is professionally presented.
- Providing administrative support.
- Assisting with planning and coordination of office meetings and events.
- Inventory management.
- Health and Safety requirements.
- Relationship management with 3rd party vendors.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years of working within professional services or hospitality.
- Five GCSEs (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
- Conversant in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive and enthused attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
