**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3 Days a Week Office Coordinator to join our team at VanRath. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and support the office staff in a temporary role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and guests.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, providing accurate information and handling enquiries efficiently.
  • Manage emails and other correspondence, forwarding messages to the relevant contacts in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other diary items with ease.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring an organised filing system is always up-to-date.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, distributing, and franking with attention to detail.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the reception area remains well-stocked and tidy at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as required, showcasing your ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, highlighting your strong academic foundation.
  • Proven experience and competence in using computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel, with skills in setting up and managing databases effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a high standard of written and verbal communication.

Working Hours and Salary: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, £12.20/hour, temporary ongoing contract. This attractive hourly rate demonstrates our commitment to rewarding talented individuals who make a real difference in our organisation.
