Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Pro AV business development efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and expanding our presence in the commercial audio/visual industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive Pro AV business growth, including market analysis, competitive research, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing programs, product launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on business performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a high-volume, high-transaction retail/wholesale environment.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial audio/visual industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
