Victim Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Caseworker to join our team at Catch22. As a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide ongoing trauma-informed support to victims and witnesses, building and sustaining high-quality relationships through telephone and face-to-face meetings.
Main Accountabilities- Provide a service to victims and witnesses who have consent for ongoing support, as appropriate.
- Manage a caseload of assigned victims and witnesses, including children and young people cases, medium and high-risk cases.
- Become the assigned, allocated, and named Caseworker who will work progressively and consistently with each victim or witness.
- Work as part of a Victim Service team to ensure the delivery of high-quality restorative justice, providing information and explaining the process and principles of restorative justice to identifiable victims of crime and offenders in the community and in custody.
We are looking for a confident, professional, and creative individual with a 'can-do' approach. You will be responsive to pressure and change, flexible and adaptable to sustain performance. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and retain confidentiality at all times.
As a Specialist Caseworker, you will deliver a specialist enhanced service to victims of crime, building and sustaining high-quality relationships with all victims through an offer of support that wins confidence and trust. You will support the team to develop their skills and knowledge to support adults, children, and young people through coaching and working on cases together.
