Specialist Caseworker

As a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide ongoing trauma-informed support to victims and witnesses, building high-quality relationships through telephone and face-to-face meetings. You will work collaboratively with agencies to ensure a robust referral pathway and deliver a tailored package of support that meets specific risks and needs.
You will be a passionate and experienced Caseworker who shows an understanding and commitment to the needs of victims and witnesses. Your main accountabilities will include:
- Providing a service to victims and witnesses who have consent for ongoing support.
- Managing a caseload of assigned victims and witnesses, including children and young people cases.
- Working as part of a Victim Service team to deliver high-quality restorative justice.
Key qualities for this role include:
- A confident, professional, and creative individual with a 'can-do' approach.
- Ability to build and manage relationships, share knowledge and skills to deliver shared goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and retain confidentiality.
