Job Title: ITAM Data Quality Operations

Experis IT is seeking a highly skilled ITAM Data Quality Operations professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive accuracy of the asset life cycle stage in the Configuration Management System
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of attributes required to support ITAM processes and controls
  • Maintain the mapping reported asset life cycle stage in the Configuration Management System to the life cycle stages defined in the ITAM Standard
  • Manage scope asset attributes required for ITAM with directional maturity toward class-based required attributes
  • Identify authorized assets
  • Create and maintain a register of IT asset inventory data quality issues
  • Report and observe IT asset data quality
  • Develop, execute, and oversee data validation processes where required
  • Accountable for reporting availability of priority attributes in both AMDB and CMDB

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • ITIL4 Foundations
  • ITAM/Configuration Management
  • Problem Management: Kepner-Tregoe method or 5 why's method
  • JIRA Project Management

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerBI, and JIRA for tracking and reporting on team activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong data analytical skills with ability to digest requirements, share feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
