About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our EDC Asset Management team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving improvement to 'evidenced' and 'accuracy' scores in the Configuration Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify discrepancies in source data and drive remediation activity to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain the mapping of reported asset lifecycle stage in the Configuration Management System to the lifecycle stages defined in the ITAM Standard.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Servicenow, JIRA, and Asset Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
