Job Opportunity: HR Administrator

We are seeking an HR Administrator to support our clients People Team with essential HR administration tasks at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, covering recruitment, training, absence, and more.
  • Manage the HR inbox, respond to queries, and oversee the monthly company award scheme.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing and managing the careers page.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR administration experience and a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it).
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and HR databases.

About the Role:

This is a 12-14 month fixed-term contract opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients People Team.
