About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team at the School of Psychology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in qualitative research projects in mental health or dementia, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative research on carer experiences and staff rationales in mental health wards
  • Collect and analyse data using mixed methods design
  • Develop co-designed evidence-based strategies to improve carer involvement and patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience in qualitative research projects in mental health or dementia
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in data collection in the NHS and ethnography an advantage
