Job Opportunity: Research Fellow - Clinical Trial Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team at the University of Greenwich in the Centre for Vulnerable Children and Families. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a Randomised Controlled Trial on family therapy for County Lines Drug Network (CLDN) involvement and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE).
About the Role:
- Design and conduct a Randomised Controlled Trial to evaluate the effectiveness of family therapy in reducing CLDN involvement and CCE.
- Work in partnership with Royal Holloway University of London to ensure the trial is conducted to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement a robust research design to collect and analyze data.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure the trial is completed within the agreed timeframe.
Requirements:
- PhD in Psychology, Criminology, Healthcare, or a related discipline, or extensive research experience.
- Excellent quantitative research skills, including statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Independently motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Supervision:
- Dr Sajid Humayun will provide expert guidance on youth antisocial behavior.
- Professor Claire Monks will provide supervision on research related to aggression and violence among young people.
- Professor Darrick Jolliffe will provide expertise on evaluations and feasibility studies in criminology.
