Job Title: Research Fellow – Computational Biologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Biologist to join our research team at the UCL Institute of Immunity and Transplantation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computational biology and experience in mathematical modeling, R or Python programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct computational biology research in collaboration with our team, focusing on the analysis of high-dimensional unbiased data from flow cytometry, bulk/single cell RNAseq, and confocal microscopy.
- Develop and apply computational methods for deconvolution of RNA expression data.
- Contribute to other lab projects involving single-cell multiome, bulk RNA seq, and confocal microscopy analysis.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Experience in mathematical modeling, R or Python programming.
- Knowledge in computational methods for deconvolution of RNA expression data.
- Experience in high-dimensional unbiased analysis (flow cytometry, bulk/single cell RNAseq) is advantageous.
