We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow – Computational Biologist to join our vibrant research team at the UCL Institute of Immunity and Transplantation in London.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting computational biology research in collaboration with Dr. and contributing to other lab projects involving single-cell multiome, bulk RNA seq, and confocal microscopy analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct computational biology research in collaboration with Dr.
- Contribute to other lab projects involving single-cell multiome, bulk RNA seq, and confocal microscopy analysis.
- Experience in mathematical modeling, R or Python programming.
- Knowledge in computational methods for deconvolution of RNA expression data.
- Experience in high-dimensional unbiased analysis (flow cytometry, bulk/single cell RNAseq) is advantageous.
