Employee Relations Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our HR Shared Services Team for a 6-month period. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and working on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies.
  • Provide end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases.
  • Work closely with ER & Legal.
  • Provide support to business projects on consultation, TUPE etc.
  • Experience managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume.

This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in employee relations. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice and support in this area, we would love to hear from you.
