Position Overview:
Our client has established a family office dedicated to supporting an ultra-high-net-worth individual whose primary focus is on combating climate change. This family office is committed to making strategic investments and developing enterprises that align with this mission.

Role Requirements:
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a crucial role in managing a demanding schedule and ensuring efficient communication. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Complex Diary Management: Organizing and coordinating meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Travel Coordination: Arranging international travel plans, including flights, transfers, and accommodations.
  • Inbox Oversight: Managing the COO's email correspondence, prioritizing important messages, and responding promptly when necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining connections with key stakeholders, including clients and investment firms.
  • Event Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and guest invitations.
  • Expense Management: Organizing and tracking all financial documentation, including invoices and expenses.
  • Team Support: Providing travel assistance to other team members and light diary management for the Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
  • Legal Administration: Assisting with various legal tasks as required.

Private Assistance Duties:
  • Arranging personal travel for the principal.
  • Assisting in the management of private properties.
  • Overseeing household expenses, including bills and insurance renewals.
  • Maintaining important documentation, ensuring everything is current.
  • Handling miscellaneous errands as needed.
