Drive Growth and Enhance Patient Care as a Pharmacy Business Development Representative
Perrigo, a leading global healthcare company, seeks a driven and results-oriented Pharmacy Business Development Representative to join our Branded Consumer Healthcare division. This role focuses on the South East region, with a particular emphasis on South London. You will play a vital role in expanding sales and distribution of our over-the-counter (OTC) products within independent pharmacies while providing valuable training to pharmacy staff, ultimately enhancing their ability to recommend our products effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing pharmacy customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and growth.
- Effectively present and detail our OTC product portfolio to pharmacists and healthcare professionals (HCPs), highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to pharmacy staff, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to confidently recommend Perrigo products to patients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal in-store product visibility and merchandising strategies.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- A competitive mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of NHS and ABPI qualifications is highly desirable.
