Digital Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Roman Health Pharmacy LLC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential customers, assessing their needs, and passing them on to our Account Executive Team for further sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Prospecting: Build account lists and be the first point of contact for all of our outbound sales efforts.
- Qualification of New Prospects: Assess the relevance of potential customers to our business.
- Booking Meetings: Schedule meetings with potential new customers and communicate the value of our solution for our Account Executives to continue the sales process and close the business.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and track all your activity.
- Communication: Create email campaigns, messaging, and leverage our marketing to communicate our business value.
- Team Player: Maintain a positive mindset as an adaptable team player and ensure a proactive approach to learning.
Requirements:
We are looking for colleagues with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with a diverse range of individuals, so strong interpersonal skills are crucial.
Qualifications:
- Professional Fluency: Professional fluency in English.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude and enjoy working with a high level of activity.
- Customer Needs: Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Sales Experience: A passion for sales with experience in a sales-related role.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, curious, with evidence of overachievement.
- Technology Tools: Willingness to learn core technology tools, such as Salesforce, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Time Management: Good time-management and organizational skills.
