We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team at the NHS. As a Pharmacy Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient running of our Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our patients, interacting and understanding their requirements, and helping to stock the counter and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Stock Management: Keep shelves filled up with optimum amounts of stock as necessary, and assist with over the counter sales.
  • Enquiries and Support: Deal with enquiries from customers both over the counter and over the telephone, and ensure that all work areas, stores, toilet, rest room, office, and waiting area are kept in a clean and tidy state.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Recognised Code of Practice operating in Pharmacies and all Standard Operating Procedures.
