We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Roman Health Pharmacy LLC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential customers, assessing their needs, and passing them on to our Account Executive Team for further sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  2. Prospecting: Build account lists and be the first point of contact for all of our outbound sales efforts.

  4. Booking Meetings: Schedule meetings with potential new customers and communicate the value of our solution for our Account Executives to continue the sales process and close the business.
  5. Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and track all your activity.
  6. Communication: Create email campaigns, messaging, and leverage our marketing to communicate our business value.
  7. Team Player: Maintain a positive mindset as an adaptable team player and ensure a proactive approach to learning.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Professional Fluency: Professional fluency in English.

  7. Technology Tools: Willingness to learn core technology tools, such as Salesforce, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  8. Time Management: Good time-management and organizational skills.
